Justin Sackett

Guide

Justin found his love for the outdoors in the modest Appalachian foothills of North Georgia but got his first taste of high-altitude mountain air on a trip to Pico de Orizaba in Mexico. He has not looked back since, constantly chasing inspiring alpine sunrises whenever he can. Some of Justin’s favorite alpine climbing objectives in North America include classic climbing routes like The West Ridge on Forbidden Peak or the Fisher Chimneys route on Shuksan. Internationally, Justin has also led successful expeditions to Ecuador, summiting Cayambe (18,996') and Cotopaxi (19,347') twice and Chimborazo (20,600') once. Justin currently lives and works in Ashford, WA where he is happy to have Mount Rainier and the North Cascades in his backyard.  A lifelong learner himself, Justin loves to teach others and to help them to realize their dreams.
