Europe

We offer three climbing classics in Europe: Mount Elbrus, Mont Blanc, and the Matterhorn.

Mount Elbrus is one of the Seven Summits as the highest peak in Europe located in the Caucasus Mountains. We consider Elbrus a non-technical ascent as the south side route requires crampons and ice axe but not necessarily rope team travel. Mont Blanc is the highest peak in Western Europe located in the Alps, a technical climb and strenuous, and considered the birthplace of mountaineering and alpinism. The Matterhorn is and will always be one of the most iconic peaks in the world, with no easy way up, generally a 1:1 guide to climber ratio. Climbing in Europe during the summer months is a must for any intrepid mountaineer wishing to experience Europe’s distinct culture of climbing, which includes comfortable mountain huts, exceptional cuisine, and unforgettable views.
